$20 – $22/hr

Position Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join their team. This Administrative Assistant position requires strong interpersonal skills, detail orientation, and unparalleled multitasking capabilities to perform a variety of administrative tasks, support our executive team, and maintain efficient office operations. Responsibilities Of The Administrative Assistant

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Answer and direct phone calls, organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes, as required
  • Develop and maintain a filing system, update contact databases and client records
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Qualifications For The Administrative Assistant

  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

Education Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field can be beneficial
