This Administrative Assistant position requires strong interpersonal skills, detail orientation, and unparalleled multitasking capabilities to perform a variety of administrative tasks, support our executive team, and maintain efficient office operations. Responsibilities Of The Administrative Assistant
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Answer and direct phone calls, organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes, as required
Develop and maintain a filing system, update contact databases and client records
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Qualifications For The Administrative Assistant
Proven admin or assistant experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Education Requirements
High School diploma or GED is required
Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field can be beneficial
