Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling and planning departmental functions
Oversee department calendar and organize meetings and calls
Create and maintain pitch books and other marketing materials and drafts
Process monthly expenses
Book travel
Lead office operations
Issue daily P&L report
Assist with onboarding of new hires
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of related admin experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience with Concur
Excellent written and communication skills
Experience with event planning
Salary Range
$95,000-$110,000
