Responsibilities
- Assist with meeting set-up and conference room scheduling
- Ensure clients and guests have security clearance
- Reconcile expenses for the team (corporate card, purchase order approvals and vendor payments)
- Assist with events planning (e.g., responsible for ordering catering services, decorations, a/v and equipment set-up, etc.)
- Coordinate all aspects of team scheduling (events, meetings, and team events)
- Maintain knowledge of relevant administrative and operational policies and communicate expectations with staff
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Prior experience or strong interest in working in non-profit
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills
- Enjoy working as part of a team to achieve a common goal
