Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Assist with meeting set-up and conference room scheduling
  • Ensure clients and guests have security clearance
  • Reconcile expenses for the team (corporate card, purchase order approvals and vendor payments)
  • Assist with events planning (e.g., responsible for ordering catering services, decorations, a/v and equipment set-up, etc.)
  • Coordinate all aspects of team scheduling (events, meetings, and team events)
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant administrative and operational policies and communicate expectations with staff

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Prior experience or strong interest in working in non-profit
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Enjoy working as part of a team to achieve a common goal
