LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Administrative Assistant for an education organization in Bethesda. This is a direct hire, on-site opportunity with a great team and is responsible wide variety of executive support, office coordination, project and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Provide calendar management and travel coordination for firm leadership
Provide support other members of the division leadership and attend all Division meetings and maintain division meeting notes
Manage administrative responsibilities for the office including office supplies and equipment, serving as a liaison to vendors, managing mail and telephone calls, maintaining equipment and overall office coordination
Greet visitors to the office and be the front facing representative
Coordinate meetings including catering, AV, reservations, and itineraries
Plan and coordinate events and outings for the organization
Support preparation of budgets and office materials
Manage division calendar and track records and information in database
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
2-5+ years of relevant administrative experience
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
