Responsibilities
Coach and mentor teams in Agile practices and principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure effective backlog management and prioritization.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams and individuals on Agile methodologies.
Identify and address impediments to team progress, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, encouraging open communication and feedback.
Track and report on Agile metrics to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Advocate for Agile values and principles across the organization, promoting a shift towards Agile culture.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies and tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a related Agile role.
Proven track record of successfully implementing and coaching Agile practices in multiple teams.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and principles.
Excellent coaching, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience with Agile tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
