Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on Agile coaching to teams on all aspects of Scrum, Lean, and practices, ensuring processes are effective and refined accordingly.
Display a solid understanding of agile values and principles and different frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe etc.) that help achieve agility.
Works as a catalyst for driving improvement in business impact, delivery performance, and team health, using a variety of techniques including change management, product delivery practices, individuals coaching and mentoring.
Understand when to apply specific practices to solve specific problems identified in the team.
Embrace servant leadership and display the behaviors that come with the key mindset shifts associated with Agile methods.
Guide the organization towards Agile maturity through formal training sessions, workshops, and informal communication channels.
Contribute to the evolution of our scaled Agile strategy and transformation journey for the organization
Helps teams adopt the best Agile practices consistently and drive stronger cross-departmental and cross-functional collaboration and work cohesion
As a change agent, role model exemplary change management and communication skills that can bring a diverse group of stakeholders at various levels together around a common vision, mission, and strategy
