Job Overview:
Assist the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
Work in a cross functional team to achieve development goals to ensure task completion on time and with high quality.
Continuously analyze existing processes and practices within teams and suggest improvements to enhance team efficiency.
Set up brand new Kanban teams
Transform Agile teams into Kanban framework
Facilitate Program Increment planning and execution with distributed agile teams.
Facilitating PI for final presentations. Handling the reading of the features and making sure they match the definitions of criteria and speak to the stories and features. Will communicate errors and facilitate solutions to fix issues
Attending all training and daily stand ups. They have a number of projects they are working on
Requirements:
Experience working in a Kanban environment
Strong understanding of Agile principles and standards
Healthcare or Health insurance experience preferred
Experience working and communicating with off-shore team members
