Position Summary & Responsibilities

The Anthology Technical Consultant is responsible for supporting the implementation or optimization and maintenance of Anthology software for the client. You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their requirements, configure or support and maintain the software accordingly, and ensure successful deployment. Your role will involve leveraging your technical expertise to support Anthology software functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing assistance to ensure maximum efficiency and satisfaction for our clients.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives for Anthology software implementation or ongoing maintenance.
  • Configure or develop client-specific solutions leveraging Anthology software and tools to align with clients' specific needs and workflows.
  • Leverage Anthology tools such as Microsoft SQL, SSRS, FormsBuilder or Workflow to digitize or automate client processes.
  • Serve as the main technical resource for clients, providing guidance, support or training on best practices and optimal utilization of Anthology software and tools.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams to ensure they are proficient in using Anthology software and maximizing its potential.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Anthology software support teams, facilitating communication and issue resolution as needed.
  • Stay informed about updates and new features in Anthology software, and proactively advise clients on opportunities for enhancement and optimization.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 or more years working with Anthology software
  • Proficiency with .NET web services and Microsoft Azure Service Bus
  • 5 or more years working within the Higher Education industry
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Anthology
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach
  • Highly self-directed with solid problem-solving expertise
  • The ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing project based work.
  • Previous experience as a consultant or client facing role
  • Familiarity with Anthology APIs and architecture

Pay and Benefits

  • The salary range is $90,000 -$125,000

The listed salary range for this position is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's unique skills and location. Final compensation will be determined through mutual agreement between the successful candidate and SIG.
