As the Assistant Commercial Manager, you'll be the backbone of our operations, assisting in marketing strategies, administrative tasks, property upkeep, security measures, meticulous record-keeping, and insightful reporting. Elevate your career with us and be part of our growth story!
This is a temperary position which will be a 3 month term
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, additional education preferred
Real Estate License a plus
Notary certification a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (email and calendaring), basic math, and use of Property Management software, Yardi and commercial café experience preferred
Excellent references
Available to work periodic evenings or weekends 24 hours a week
