Private Equity firm is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a newly acquired Property located in Matthews NC
Hours 9-5 Monday-Friday
Responsibilities of the Assistant Property Manager:
Answering questions from Residents
Directing questions that need attention to Christian
Contacting the necessary parties for maintenance related questions
Requirements:
Great Communication Skills both written and verbal
Great Organization Skills
