Role Overview:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Technical Services and Pattern, the Associate Technical Designer will provide vital support to the Tech Team.

Responsibilities:

• Remain current on deadlines, lead team tracking, and follow up on fit samples. Send the required number of technical packages and fit comments in a timely manner to support on-time production.
• Assist and collaborate on developing 1st through production tech packs (including measurements, technical trim, construction, and folding sketches).
• Work with design on BOM completion and updates
• Apply established grade rules to approved styles.
• Collaborate with designer, supervisor, and cross-functional partners to ensure the desired product is achieved while remaining production timelines.
• Measure fit samples in preparation for fitting (as needed)
• Daily communication with factories regarding fit, construction, pattern development, BOM, and QA issues.
