We are currently seeking a highly professional individual looking to take that next step towards accepting an engaging and fulfilling role as an Audit Administrative Assistant in our Tampa office location. The ideal candidate for this role will be extremely detail-oriented, organized, has great customer service skills, technology savvy, possesses excellent communications skills, has the ability to interact professionally with clients, and is great at problem-solving.   • You have an Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
  • You have at least two years of professional administrative experience (can include office management, paralegal, administrative assistant, executive assistant)
  • You are proficient with the use of a variety of computer software applications utilized in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentations (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe)
  • You are experienced with using office equipment including computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, and scanners
  • Possess excellent communications skills with the ability to professionally interact and communicate with individuals at all levels inside and outside of the firm.
  • You have a strong familiarity with the Internet and doing effective searches
  • Must be able to handle confidential information
  • You can type a minimum of 50 WPM


Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manages the front office area, and serves as the receptionist responsible for welcoming clients and guests in a professional manner
  • Manages all incoming phone calls, incoming and outgoing mail, as well as client deliveries
  • Provides direct executive level assistance to Shareholders and other members of the senior leadership team in the Audit Department, including coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and handling continuing education and conference registrations
  • Reconciles and processes expense reports for Audit Shareholders.
  • Provides high level administrative support as it relates to the preparation and distribution of internal and external correspondence, including client financial statements and engagement letters
  • Serves as the on-premises liaison between the firm and building management
  • Coordinates parking permit assignments and the validation of parking receipts
  • Manages office supply orders and a variety of special projects as assigned
  • Coordinates office catering meals for group lunches and team events
