Position : BigData Developer

Location : Philadelphia, PA

Salary : $120k/annum - $130k/annum

ONSITE

Working as a Bigdata developer in the tools like Hadoop, Sqoop, Hive, Elasticsearch, Spark.

Bigdata Ecosystem

  • Extensively worked in writing transformation using scala / spark using Spark API which load data in hive udm table’s on sbt / gradle project.
  • Experience I using Spark API/Sql with various data sources like JSON,CSV
  • Leaded in the Scala/ Spark setup for Scala SBT project for entire team single handedly. Start from doing analysis & fixing the issues to implementing it on everyone’s systems, also working on the analysis/implementation of the Scala/hadoop POC.

Technical Skills

  • Big-Data Tools: Spark Data Frames, Spark SQL, Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Big Query
  • Programming Languages: SQL, Python
  • File Formats: Avro, Parquet, Text, CSV
  • Visualization Tools: Google Data Studio, Power BI, Advance Excel
  • IDE Tools: PyCharm, Visual Studio Code, Cloudera
  • Operating System: Windows, Linux
