We are seeking a Billing Portfolio Specialist to join our dynamic team supporting a leading Rewards Solutions subdivision. As a full-time Portfolio Advisor Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient billing processes and providing essential support to our consulting team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between consultants and CIS to ensure accurate invoicing.
Utilize software to generate billing reports and fulfill ad-hoc requests.
Review, edit, and finalize monthly invoices, ensuring completeness and timeliness.
Collaborate with the contract team to set up project codes accurately and monitor processing.
Proactively manage contract end dates, facilitating necessary updates with project managers.
Handle client-specific issues such as purchase orders and payment details.
Monitor revenue impacted by unsigned contracts and follow up on client receivables as directed.
Meet regularly with project managers to determine invoicing requirements and project statuses.
Maintain flexibility and a collaborative attitude to support team members as needed.
Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Minimum of 3 years in an administrative or operations role, preferably in finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong work ethic, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs.
