An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a dynamic finance team. This role offers the chance to manage day-to-day accounting processes for a set of funds, coordinate with auditors, and assist in the preparation of tax estimates and returns. The successful candidate will play an active role in establishing accounting and finance controls and best practices.
What You'll Do
Manage daily accounting processes for a selection of funds
Coordinate and review quarterly administrator accounting packages, partner capital and financial statements, and calls/distributions to partners
Calculate, report, and maintain fund analytics
Collaborate with auditors on year-end audit work
Assist in the preparation of tax estimates and tax returns for the funds
Work with the broader finance team to ensure consistent practices and controls
Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices
Assist in special projects as assigned
What You Bring
At least three years of experience in accounting or finance
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through capabilities
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while working in a collaborative team environment
