Bookkeeper

We're on the lookout for a meticulous and proficient Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our construction projects with their expertise.

Bookkeeper Compensation And Benefits

• We offer a competitive salary in USD, commensurate with experience and expertise.
• Remote work as long as you are based in Mountain time zone
• Flexible part time hours working from home office
• Training on proprietary software

Key Responsibilities for our Bookkeeper

• Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are addressed promptly.
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain records.
• Generate financial reports and statements as required.
• Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills For Our Bookkeeper

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must.
• At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer relation skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
