This is a Tech firm scaling rapidly to prepare for an IPO. We use EOS to operate and the baseline body of knowledge we use are the publications: Traction + Rocket Fuel ( Geno Wickman), and Art of War (Sun Tzu) combined with The 5 set book series Strategyzer [Business Model Generation, Value Proposition Design, Testing Business Ideas, High Impact Tools for Teams, and the Invincible Company] (Alex Osterwalder)

Role Summary:


As the Bradning Coordinator to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting him in various critical areas: personal branding, business development, daily operations, and strategic initiatives. This role demands a highly proactive, resourceful, and organized individual who can navigate the dynamic environment of a rapidly scaling business. You will embody CEO's core values, championing his mission to democratize private market investing and fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and inclusivity.


Key Responsibilities:


1. CEO Branding:

  • Elevate CEO's industry presence through strategic engagements, thought leadership opportunities, and social media.
  • Manage and enhance his large social media following across platforms.


2. Business Development:

  • Assist in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships and opportunities that align with CEO’s mission and growth objectives.
  • Develop relationships with capital partners, VC founders, and channel partners to drive business growth.


3. Daily Operations:

  • Streamline daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient execution of CEO’s agenda.
  • Manage CEO’s calendar, scheduling, emails, and day-to-day administrative work.
  • Ensure all documents are signed, compliant, and properly stored.


4. Reporting:

  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on company performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Track internal and external reports to keep CEO informed on key metrics and trends.


5. Strategic Hiring Guidance:

  • Collaborate with the HR department to refine hiring strategies ensuring alignment with core values and organizational needs.


6. Project Management:

  • Take over project management, driving branding and social engagement initiatives.
  • Systematize and measure processes for efficiency.
  • Manage relationships and communication with third parties and focus groups.


7. Committees and Advisory:

  • Coordinate with various committees and advisory groups.
  • Engage in proactive narrative and content posting on social channels.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in mastermind groups and media engagements.


Metrics for Success:

  • Efficiently manage communication, calendar, and decision-making processes.
  • Oversee project management and third-party collaborations.
  • Drive branding and social engagement to new heights.
  • Implement systematic approaches to Craig’s activities and measure their effectiveness.
  • Successfully manage key relationships and ensure seamless execution of all tasks.
