Mural Health is a fast-growing fintech startup that makes clinical trials easy for participants! We prioritize participants. Our mission is to eliminate any barriers a participant and caregivers experience while being part of a clinical trial. Mural Health is looking to expand our team with a Business Development Associate. This person will be an integral part of sourcing and closing new business opportunities.

You will:
Support the business development strategies to help achieve the Company’s goals
Identify and target new business opportunities and expand our client base
Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives
Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to make informed strategic decisions
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree
Proven track record of at least 2 years of successful sales experience, software sales experience is a plus!
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans
Bring innovative ideas to expand the Mural Health product offering
Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
A sense of humor!
