Business Development Manager

Aspen Fiber Networks, a leading information technology solutions provider, is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Supervisor. In this role, you will lead a team of Business Development Representatives and oversee the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth.

As a Business Development Supervisor, you will be responsible for setting sales targets, tracking performance, and providing coaching and support to your team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue and achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Business Development Representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Track and analyze sales performance data, and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitor activities
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales management
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze sales performance data
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in business development or sales management are a plus
