BEIT is a leading quantum software company, incorporated in Delaware, with R&D centers in Krakow, Poland, and Toronto, Canada. We are searching for a Business Developer to work from our Washington office, and help us in building customer relations, building the pipeline of potential customers, and increasing our revenue by bringing more commercial contracts.


Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and grow our network of potential customers/Pipeline management and reporting
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows and other events
  • Conduct market research for business opportunities 
  • Search for grant opportunities and government projects in the US
  • Join our hiring process and build an international team
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, market research, and lead generation
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and accounts
  • Develop content and materials to support lead generation and sales enablement
  • Nurture relationships and conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized, compelling solution proposals
  • Deliver product presentations and demos, handle objections, and negotiate terms
  • Close new business deals that meet or exceed revenue quotas
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs


Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related field
  • Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Strong organization and time management skills  
  • Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
  • Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Knowledge of the IT sector and business processes (marketing, sales)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in social selling at LinkedIn
  • Skills in preparing offers and business presentations
  • Willingness to travel.
