Isolation Dynamics Corporation and the Jonathan Group are a leading organization specializing in designing systems to protect crucial, sensitive equipment. We are expanding our team and seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth of a key product line.

As a Business Development Manager you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business within key markets, including the aerospace, industrial, technology, and transportation markets. This strategic position requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in business development, market analysis, and relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in both national and international regions.


Location: Remote ~50% Travel


Key Responsibilities:

·        Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities, including new programs and product opportunities within the specified industries and regions.

·        Work with the leadership team to conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities, developing business development strategies that are aligned with overall organization goals for global markets.

·        Coordinate with marketing to team to implement strategy to grow business through tradeshows, technical organizations, and digital marketing campaigns.

·        Cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and position our product lines effectively.

·        Build out distributor network for the product line, maximizing geographical footprint.

·        Leverage activities of existing sales network to optimize coverage of market.

·        Collaborate with engineering to ensure technical activities are aligned with business development strategies.

·        Communicate effectively with executive leadership, providing regular updates on market activities, business performance, and future opportunities.


Qualifications:

·        Proven experience in technical product business development, sales, or related roles within the targeted market.

·        Demonstrated success in driving new business through expansion of sales network.

·        Strong understanding of targeted markets.

·        Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·        Proficiency in Office 365 that enables efficient analysis of organizational data to assist in decision-making.

·        Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.
