Job Title: Business Development Manager - (North America) - Rigid Packaging


Location: West Coast (Remote)


Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven BDM to focus on key account management and new business development across the North American region. This role is critical in maintaining and expanding our customer base.


Key Responsibilities:


Key Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts the region.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored packaging solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and exceptional service.


New Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base in the region.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their packaging needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Generate leads, set up meetings, and present our packaging solutions to potential clients.


Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives for the region.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in packaging sales,
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in the packaging industry
  • Strong understanding of rigid packaging solutions
  • Willingness to travel within the region (40%+)
