Business Development Manager - North America

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic development and acquisition of key North American accounts and distributors.
• Acquire new customers and manage sales negotiations.
• Plan and monitor sales, and develop corrective measures.
• Collaborate on sales and marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact for technical, commercial, and logistical solutions.
• Support customer-specific solution development.
• Prepare and document market forecasts and competitive analyses.

Profile:

• 3-5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in industry, control cabinet construction, EPCs, power supply, and data centers.
• Background in electrical engineering or comparable technical education.
• Strong knowledge and work experience with medium voltage applications
• Willingness to travel approx. 40-50% throughout North America with a focus on the US
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and responsibility
• Decisive, target-oriented, and positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
