Join a leading company in power generation & distribution protection, experiencing rapid growth and expanding its presence in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive strategic development and acquisition of key North American accounts and distributors.
Acquire new customers and manage sales negotiations.
Plan and monitor sales, and develop corrective measures.
Collaborate on sales and marketing strategies.
Develop and implement pricing strategies.
Act as the main point of contact for technical, commercial, and logistical solutions.
Support customer-specific solution development.
Prepare and document market forecasts and competitive analyses.
Profile:
3-5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in industry, control cabinet construction, EPCs, power supply, and data centers.
Background in electrical engineering or comparable technical education.
Strong knowledge and work experience with medium voltage applications
Willingness to travel approx. 40-50% throughout North America with a focus on the US
Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and responsibility
Decisive, target-oriented, and positive attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
