As a Business Intelligence and Spend Management Lead for Procurement, you will lead transformation projects for our Procurement team and develop state of the art Business Intelligence and Spend Management solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to find meaningful correlations and insights to increase the efficiency of the procurement function as well as client satisfaction. This position reports to the Global Head of Strategic Sourcing.
Responsibilities
Expected annual base salary range:
$140,000 - $185,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.

As a Business Intelligence and Spend Management Lead for Procurement, you will lead transformation projects for our Procurement team and develop state of the art Business Intelligence and Spend Management solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to find meaningful correlations and insights to increase the efficiency of the procurement function as well as client satisfaction. This position reports to the Global Head of Strategic Sourcing.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational guidance for digital and business transformation efforts, fostering growth and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team and clients to define a strategic vision (roadmap) for business intelligence and spend management and then deliver/implement based on the plan.
- Leverage technology to collect data, collaborate, prepare, and facilitate and streamline Requests for Proposals and other related sourcing functions.
- Offer thought leadership on emerging trends and technologies that can be used for business intelligence and spend management.
- Identify key performance indicators in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive prioritization and benefit realization.
- Partner with enterprise data teams to design dashboards, analytical models, and reporting systems to develop actionable insights.
- 8+ years’ experience in a data analytics or spend management role, preferably in a procurement or business intelligence setting.
- Experience with Sourcing preferably in technology and financial services.
- Strong expertise in data capture, data analysis, data visualization, and data interpretation.
- Strong project management and ability to deliver by influencing others.
- Strong technical knowledge of and general experience with BI tools, preferably Tableau, and Sigma exposure.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of all analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with presenting analysis and recommendations using PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience managing sourcing events would be a plus.
- Undergraduate degree in data science, business administrations, computer science, statistics, or mathematics.
