CBRF and/or RCAC caregiving experience ( assisted living, elderly care, nursing home, long term care, and/or memory care )
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care to residents per their individualized service plan
Attend to residents’ individual needs and assist with activities of daily living
Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residents
Promptly reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor
Prepare and administer routine and PRN medication as prescribed by the physician
Restock the medication carts and medication room as needed
Requirements
Ability to speak, read and write English
High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training preferred
Must provide copy of CMA / CMT certification
Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines
