Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading companies through periods of growth and expansion.
• Financial acumen and experience working with private equity partners.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the window installation and distribution industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
