What You'll Do
The Chief Legal Officer for Freeman Health System is responsible for advising Management and Board of Directors on legal issues; drafting, reviewing and approving contracts of all types; advising departmental directors on how to respond to legal issues; reviewing and assisting with litigation issues; assisting with Corporate Compliance, and responsible for oversight of VP of Regulatory and the Director of Risk Management.
The right candidate for this role will demonstrate great attention to detail, embody strong leadership qualities, and be committed to Freeman's Five Star Promise: Compassion, Communication, Ownership, Professionalism, and Teamwork.
Licenses and Certifications:
JD, member of Missouri Bar.
