Dynamic Leadership Opportunity in Outpatient Services

Are you a seasoned healthcare leader looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking an Executive Director of Outpatient Services to join our team in Chelan, WA. In this role, you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, overseeing the operational and strategic aspects of our Health Clinic, including Family Practice, Express Care Clinics, Specialty Care Clinics, and LCH outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Supervise staff and providers in the outpatient setting, including leased provider clinics, radiology services, laboratory services, infusion services, wound care services, and cardiac rehab services.

Financial Management: Provide operational and strategic oversight of budgets and financial performance of outpatient services.

Quality and Training: Coordinate training and education programs to ensure exemplary customer service and patient care standards are met.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, oversee credentialing, and work with the Quality Director on quality improvement initiatives.

Staff Engagement: Create an engaging environment where staff are committed to delivering the highest standard of patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field required.
• Master's degree in applicable leadership or healthcare field preferred.
• Five years of high-level healthcare leadership experience, with a track record of success in outpatient clinic or similar healthcare settings.
