Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO and Co-Founder to develop and execute strategic plans and objectives.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including staffing, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Lead the development and implementation of accessible design standards and guidelines for online educational resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, technology partners, and advocacy groups.
• Drive the company's growth and expansion by identifying opportunities for partnerships and new market development.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a leadership role within the educational technology industry.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines, particularly as they pertain to online learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and market development.
• Part-time availability with the flexibility to transition to full-time as the company grows.
