Do you have experience with managing oncology clinical studies? Then this is a great opportunity for you.

Seeking full-time Philadelphia-based Associate Project Manager who will serve and assist the organization’s Executive Director/Vice President in the development, implementation, and management of research activities as well as other related projects and programs. Great opportunity for an experienced Oncology Study PM.

This is currently a hybrid position with 1-2 days/week working at our Center City Philadelphia offices.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1) organization and key management activities related to clinical trials; 2) tracking of projects for collaborators and contractors; 3) ensuring project plans, timelines and deliverables meet specified deadlines and criteria; 4) assistance with budget development; and 5) coordination of the various clinical, management and administrative teams within the organization.

Other responsibilities will include development and maintenance of collaborations with pharmaceutical industry partners, contractors/vendors and with National Cancer Institute thought leaders and investigators. The role will require preparation of presentations for national oncology meetings and local group research settings. The position will also include special projects as assigned, including assisting with development of overall project management procedures and work practices for the organization.

Some meeting and other travel may be required, but work will primarily be performed in the organization’s Philadelphia offices.

Successful applicant will hold RN or BS in Health Sciences field. Clinical Research Certification (SOCRA or ACRP) is preferred. A minimum of two (2) years oncology clinical trial experience [data or clinical management] is required. The candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills; and must demonstrate self-direction, organization and problem-solving abilities.
