Clinical Data Quality Manager, Product Support

Job Summary

The Product Support and Data Quality Manager is responsible for providing managerial oversight and support for product and data quality processes for assigned systems that support clinical research at the institution. Data quality responsibilities are focused on ensuring that institution can satisfy clinical research related reporting needs for operational reporting, the Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG), and the NCI’s Clinical Trials Reporting Program (CTRP). Product support responsibilities are focused on implementing new systems and ensuring effective use of systems that support clinical research activity at the institution. A candidate with Oncore experience, system implementation, data quality, and product support are preferred. Must have staff management experience. Ideal candidate will have Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of clinical research experience OR Master’s degree and 3 years of clinical research experience. 2+ years of lead/project management experience.

This is a mostly remote position but does require flexibility to come on-site as needed for individual projects in Philadelphia, PA.
