Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to oversee our behavioral health services. The Clinical Director will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations. Duties:
Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments
Supervise clinical staff and provide guidance on patient care
Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Utilize applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy techniques to support patients
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans
Support outreach and intake for clinic growth and development Experience:
Master's degree, active BCBA and WI Licensure
Experience in patient care, patient assessment, and medical documentation
Knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health practices
Familiarity with special education principles
Ability to supervise clinical staff effectively Preferred Skills:
Applied behavior analysis expertise
Proficiency in patient care and assessment
Strong medical documentation skills
Experience with behavioral therapy techniques
Knowledge of medical terminology
