Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight for counseling services
Manage staff schedules and caseloads
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Develop program operations policies and procedures
Qualifications
LCSW credential
Knowledge of substance abuse treatment strategies and evidence-based practices
Previous experience in supervising clinical staff preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
