**Remote position but this person does need to live in the Kansas City Metro Area or surrounding area**
Position is responsible for design, management, and implementation of clinical projects for the physician quality organization Saint Luke’s Care. Supports physicians and other users to help drive a consistent patient experience, consistent workflow standards, and promote optimal utilization. The primary responsibility is the development, deployment, tracking, and maintenance of evidence-based best practice standards through clinical decision support tools and clinical content for the Saint Luke’s Health System. Position will provide project management support, solutions management, and implementation for various clinical initiatives within the SLHS.
Registered Nurses preferred but would be open to candidates with 5 years of clinical experience from different fields for otherwise highly qualified applicants. Some team members have Masters level degrees and have pursued certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management or Quality.
