Clinical Training Director

Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Clinical Director for our client, a 501(3) Nonprofit organization dedicated to serving recent immigrant families that are affected by autism. This is an exciting, hybrid, direct-hire opportunity located in San Francisco, CA.

As the Clinical Director you will serve as our Training Director and lead PhD/PsyD clinical psychology candidates in autism diagnosis and screening for related NDDs

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and grow the service delivery model
• Supervise senior diagnostic and early intervention professionals
• Provide opportunities to start new family-centric services
• Facilitate parallel research data collection
• Oversee agency operations with a focus on service delivery
• Teach and mentor interns
• No direct patient service required beyond supervision
• Strong interest in teaching, service delivery, and agency oversight is ideal

REQUIREMENTS:

• Training and diagnostic experience
• PhD
• Must have Clinical Psychology License in California
• Must have worked in an Autism center

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
