Inland Family of Companies is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our real estate business, supporting property managers and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Assist property managers in managing commercial properties
Coordinate property inspections and maintenance activities
Manage tenant relations, including addressing tenant inquiries and resolving any issues
Assist in the leasing process, including showing available properties to potential tenants and completing lease agreements
Handle rent collections and ensure timely payments
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management
Requirements
Proven work experience as an Assistant Property Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of property management processes and local regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office
High school diploma or equivalent
