POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Physician Liaison Manager with Event Planning and Oversight of Outsourced Marketing responsibilities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing physician relations, coordinating events, and overseeing outsourced marketing initiatives to promote our healthcare services effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proven track record in physician engagement, event planning, and marketing management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Physician Liaison Management:
  • Lead and manage the physician liaison team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure effective physician engagement and relationship-building efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to establish and strengthen relationships with physicians, medical practices, and healthcare providers within the community.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for physicians, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular visits to physician offices and healthcare facilities to promote our services, distribute educational materials, and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration with physicians to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee various events, including seminars, workshops, conferences, networking events, and community outreach programs.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, signage, and attendee registration.
  • Develop comprehensive event timelines, budgets, and marketing plans to ensure successful execution and maximum attendance.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including speakers, sponsors, vendors, and exhibitors, to align event objectives and deliverables.
  • Evaluate event effectiveness through post-event surveys, attendee feedback, and key performance indicators to inform future event planning efforts.
  • Oversight of Outsourced Marketing:
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies or vendors to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our healthcare services.
  • Provide guidance and direction to outsourced marketing partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced marketing initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns, advertising efforts, and promotional activities.
  • Review marketing materials and content produced by external partners to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with branding guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and outsourced marketing partners, facilitating communication and managing expectations.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in physician relations, event planning, marketing management, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in event planning software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools/platforms.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to travel locally and attend evening or weekend events as needed.
