What You'll Do

  • Oversee construction project management including vendor selection
  • Determine scope of work, evaluate job bids, complete RFQ/RFI
  • Establish and maintain the budget, troubleshoot issues and determine options
  • Supervise subcontractors/consultants for various projects including remodelling and facility modifications and expansions
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP construction, facilities, and utilities maintenance standards
  • Contribute to the development of individual development plans within the team

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 10 years of construction management experience
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing and Construction
  • Strong understanding of cGMP construction, facilities, and utilities maintenance standards
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and evaluate job bids
  • Experience supervising subcontractors/consultants for various projects
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues
