What You'll Do
Oversee construction project management including vendor selection
Determine scope of work, evaluate job bids, complete RFQ/RFI
Establish and maintain the budget, troubleshoot issues and determine options
Supervise subcontractors/consultants for various projects including remodelling and facility modifications and expansions
Ensure compliance with cGMP construction, facilities, and utilities maintenance standards
Contribute to the development of individual development plans within the team
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or at least 10 years of construction management experience
Experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing and Construction
Strong understanding of cGMP construction, facilities, and utilities maintenance standards
Proven ability to manage budgets and evaluate job bids
Experience supervising subcontractors/consultants for various projects
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues
