We are looking for a senior Construction Manager for fertilizer plants. Discipline Leader representing the OWNER in the day by day activities from FEED to Construction phase. Our client is an innovative company committed to produce environmentally friendly fertilizer. Unlike traditional nitrogen fertilizer plants that rely on gas and coal and emit greenhouse gases, this company uses air, water, and renewable energy sources to create crop nutrients.
Qualifications And Experience
10y+ experience in large Industrial plants construction
Multi-disciplinary experience (Civil, buildings, mechanical and E&I, etc).

The challenges of building a green industrial plant in the US, especially in the NW region, requires deep knowledge of the market and cost structure, productivity and cost reliable data. The candidate will initially challenge Contractor’s construction cost based on engineering quantities, will recommend the best execution strategy to minimize risks, based on market dynamics and constraints.
Constructability from early design phase is our systematic approach to ensure the design is appropriate to minimize construction cost.
With the guidance of the AA project management team the Construction Manager will develop the AA construction know-how and build up the local organization to supervise the whole site works.
