Construction Operations Manager

Technical Administration and Project Management Responsibilities

  • Overseeing multiple construction projects by managing change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedules
  • Ensuring adherence to cost control measures to uphold the company's reputation for exceptional customer service

Key Duties

  • Reviewing project scope, specifications, and architectural drawings for accuracy in residential and commercial projects
  • Developing and implementing a cost-effective plan and schedule for project completion
  • Monitoring and controlling project progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
  • Collaborating with project superintendents to optimize project management and installation efficiency

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of mathematical calculations
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications
