A Construction Management company is looking for multiple Superintendents to oversee multiple projects at CSU Fullerton including the scheduling and coordination of subcontractors (5-10 headcount) to accomplish Electrical and Mechanical Renovations. The Superintendent will sit on site at the University in a temporary office. Responsibilities include:
Oversees daily operations at a construction site.
Work with subcontractors, QC, inspectors, and the owners.
Follows construction drawings and approved plans.
Orders necessary equipment, tools, and materials.
Attend weekly meeting with owners and other team members
Review RFI and schedule with subcontractors
Supervise multiple projects within the same campus
Writes daily logs and other necessary documentation.
Works directly with the project manager, architect, engineer, electrician, and other specialists
Must Have
5+ years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent, primarily in the field
Recent experience with project sized between $1M and $7M
Experience with Electrical, Mechanical, and public works renovations on commercial buildings
Plusses
OSHA 30 Certification
Quality control Experience
Contracting licenses
Experience with Procore
1+ year experience with Government funded projects.
