This role involves creating and implementing PLC and HMI programs, integrating various hardware components, and ensuring the smooth operation of automated systems. Control Automation Engineers work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance, ensuring safety and reliability in automated processes. They possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages and knowledge of industry standards, and often work on-site to oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation systems.

A Control Automation Engineer designs, develops, and maintains systems used to control and automate industrial processes. This role involves creating and implementing PLC and HMI programs, integrating various hardware components, and ensuring the smooth operation of automated systems. Control Automation Engineers work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance, ensuring safety and reliability in automated processes. They possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages and knowledge of industry standards, and often work on-site to oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation systems.
What we expect from you
- You should have 3-4 years of hands-on technical experience in automation, industrial, or material handling fields, either as a technician or a commissioning engineer.
- A bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in electronic, electrotechnics, electrical, mechatronic, automation is required.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, both domestically and internationally, is essential.
- Proficiency in programming software including Allen Bradley, Rockwell, and Siemens. Knowledge of C++ is a plus but not mandatory.
- A strong orientation towards achieving targets, initiative, autonomy, and a propensity for teamwork are crucial.
