Controller

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial activities, including financial planning, budget management, and financial reporting. The Controller will ensure the company's financial health by implementing sound financial practices.

Duties

• Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards.
• Manage the preparation of regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
• Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Supervise the accounting team to ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Provide insights on financial performance to support strategic decision-making.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant experience
• Experience with Sage accounting software is preferred
• Payroll processing experience a plus

Pay: $95,569.00 - $108,402.00 per year
