Skills And Qualifications

Show off your full-stack litigation skills, including drafting complaints, motions, and managing legal proceedings from start to finish.

Strong grasp of legal principles and practices.

Proficient in conducting thorough legal research using resources like Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.

Impeccable drafting abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Showcase your negotiation prowess to achieve positive outcomes.

Previous experience in litigation before courts or administrative bodies is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must-have.

Requirements

Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to practice law in California is required.

Admission in NY is a bonus, but not mandatory.

Bring at least 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on litigation.
