Analyse project requirements to accurately estimate costs for each component.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project needs and resource allocation.
Develop detailed cost estimates based on industry best practices.
Provide cost breakdowns for labor, materials, and other project elements.
Required Qualifications
Active PMP and/or FAC-P/PM certification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in information systems development, acquisition, operations, or maintenance.
Proficiency in applying GAO cost estimating and assessment guide, Agile assessment guide, CPIC, and/or PMI program and project cost estimating best practices.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
US Citizenship
BS/BA or equivalent education, training, and certification.
