Garver is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator (Part time) to join our growing Federal team.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in cost estimating, construction management, or related fields.
• Proficient in MCACES/MII for producing accurate and reliable cost estimates.
• Familiar with Autodesk products (e.g., AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
• Skilled in addressing complex issues with professional judgment, creativity, and innovation.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in cost estimating within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Knowledge in site development, construction observation, and government projects at local, state, or federal levels.
