Counselor

Job Summary

Assumes responsibility for providing confidential assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic services, including individual and group counseling/psychotherapy and crisis intervention services. Develops individual client therapy plans. Participates in the supervision of interns/practicum students; designs and conducts developmental and outreach activities that will facilitate student growth. Interacts professionally with all internal and external customers using strong interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
  • Experience as a counselor to adults and/or young adults.
  • Licensure as a social worker, counselor, or marriage and family therapist in Ohio. OR licensed out of state with eligibility for licensure in Ohio.
