A Creative Live Producer is responsible for creating an excellent customer experience in worship services at Lifeway camps through inspirational experiences and live content. The incumbent manages the production process of all worship services from creation to final product to ensure successful execution by summer Camp Staff, theological alignment, and brand voice.

This is a hybrid remote/in-office position located in the greater Nashville, TN area and relocation assistance is available.
Responsibilities
Manages the production process by writing scripts, hiring and managing contractors, overseeing film shoots, purchasing and organizing all props/costumes, navigating the editing process, managing project budgets, and delivering on time and excellent final assets. Provides indirect leadership to support partners including but not limited to production activities, in addition to year-round support.
Oversees the process of establishing creative direction each year for event programming by generating ideas, collaborating with the Creative Team, and holding creative vision from a piece’s start to completion. Applies theological knowledge to creative content.
Responsible for leading all live projects and service flow through the creative process from inception to final delivery.
Oversee the execution of events on site and maintain quality control across all teams by giving leadership and direction. Will edit pieces and give onsite direction as needed throughout the event. This includes travel to the event and evaluating actors to ensure optimal delivery of the final product in front of customers.
Recruits, hires, trains, and develops summer staff actors in the performance of their roles and execution of the creative direction of camp.
Significant seasonal travel April-August annually, often overnight
