Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Responsible for the oversight of credit risk management and for helping to ensure compliance with the loan policy by lending staff. Responsibilities include training, preparation of regulatory, management, and board reports regarding loan portfolio trends, (including portfolio stress testing) including the adequacy of the reserve for loan losses, oversight of the loan review program, the real estate appraisal and evaluation program.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
3-5+ years of credit leadership experience within banking. commercial lending/underwriting and or banking regulations
Need strong people management experience
Someone in Credit Officer role or similar
Can come in and do process improvements, develop team
Banking experience is a must
Commercial lending experience needed
Salary Information
$120K-$140K
