Our applications include assisting service representatives in customer support centers, providing customer support chatbots, enhancing end-user web and mobile app search experiences, and extracting important entities from text contracts for underwriters and agents.

Who You Are
As our Customer Success Engineer, you tackle these roles and responsibilities with relative ease:
You have advanced knowledge of Python and Python 3. You maintain every aspect of the system to ensure proper working order for our customers. You serve as the primary technical support contact for our customers and are an expert in your use cases, installation, and implementation. You manage and cultivate the technical relationship throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from product demonstrations, installations and onboarding, to troubleshooting and documenting issues and escalating when necessary, to liaising between external customers and internal stakeholders and advocating for product enhancements. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
In addition, you have these qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
Experience with cloud service and automation tools.
Advanced knowledge of Python and Python 3.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a remote or hybrid office environment and using remote tools.
Experience working in customer service, technical support, or quality assurance roles.
Experience working as a software engineer.
